Time from lead created → first outreach attempt (AI or human-assisted).
Follow-up coverage within SLA
% of leads receiving follow-up inside defined windows (2 hours and 24 hours).
Qualification time
Time from lead created → qualified/disqualified status (or equivalent).
AI task completion rate
% of tasks completed end-to-end without human intervention.
Human handoff rate
% of cases where AI escalates to a human due to missing data, edge cases, compliance, or negotiation complexity.
Privacy + quality controls
All metrics are anonymized and aggregated
No personal identifying information is included
Outliers are trimmed where appropriate so a single weird edge case doesn’t distort the view

Metric #1 Speed to first touch (median: 18 minutes)
Fast response isn’t a “nice-to-have.” It’s your first compounding advantage.
